Cementing
Cement supports and protects well casings and helps achieve zonal isolation. Critical to safe, environmentally sound, and profitable wells, zonal isolation is created and maintained wellbore by the cementing process. Whether your drilling environment is in the wellbore, completion, on production/development environment or however remote the location, our innovative cementing technologies offer you a range of cementing solutions to achieve zonal isolation for the life of your well.
Optimizing Cementing Solutions for Well Integrity and Zonal Isolation

The viscosity, strength, and thickening time of the cement are important factors to take into account while designing for the best chance of a successful primary cementing operation. In order to put the cement throughout the specified zones and achieve top of cement (TOC), the viscosity and thickening time of the slurry must be optimized. In addition, the cement needs to set as fast as feasible after pumping stops and reduce wait times for cement (WOC) while maintaining the structural integrity required to maintain zonal isolation integrity for the duration of the well.
